- Publication Fees
As an open-access journal, The World Journal of Pharmaceutical Education and Research operates through an Article Processing Charge (APC) model to cover the costs associated with peer review, editing, formatting, and publication.
- Article Processing Charges (APC): Authors are required to pay a publication fee upon acceptance of their manuscript. This fee supports the journal’s open-access model and allows all published articles to be freely accessible to readers worldwide.
- Standard APC: Rupees 500/- or $10 USD.
- Waivers and Discounts: To support authors from low-income and developing countries, we offer partial or full fee waivers based on individual requests and eligibility. Authors can apply for waivers during the submission process, and requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund Policy
- Once an article is accepted and the publication fee is paid, no refunds will be issued. However, if a paper is withdrawn before acceptance or rejected during the peer review process, the APC will not be charged.
- Permissions for Third-Party Content
- If the manuscript includes figures, tables, or text from previously published work, authors must obtain permission from the copyright holders to reproduce or adapt such content. The journal is not responsible for securing permissions; this is the responsibility of the author.
